CiCek: Making it at Home

CiCek is a yogurt/cucumber dish served often with kebaps at Turkish restaurants. It can be used as a cold soup, sauce or dip.

You will need:

Yogurt
Cucumber
Dill
Garlic

CiCek is very simple to make! Chop the cucumber into tiny pieces, along with the dill and garlic. Stir into the yogurt. If using the CiCek as a soup, add some water until you have the desired consistency. CiCek can be very good when used as a sauce over manti (small triangle Turkish pasta).
