In Ankara there are many newspapers; as well as news programs on TV (including CNN Turk and BBC). To find the news in English, you can find two reputable newspapers that have an English version:
The Hurriyet: Tends to be more liberal T
Today's Zaman: Tends to be more conservative
Sabah
Also, these newspapers publish the English versions in print but you may have to visit an English based association or embassy to find them. Some book stores stock English magazines, but I have found them to be VERY pricey. One example is DandR Bookstore in TunalI.
