The OrmancI cafe in Kizilay is an excellent place to eat. Its menu is extensive. It features all of the usual Turkish dishes (but often with a new spin) and also branches out into stir fries, new spices, steak etc. The food is excellent as is the service. There is a smoking section in the front with the main cafe inside, and you can seat yourself. Prices are reasonable, a main course being 7-10 TL.
To find this cafe, walk up Mesuriyet Cd. from Ataturk Blvd. and turn right onto Hatay Sokak. It is two buildings after the Pizza Pizza on your right hand side. There is also another branch of this cafe on Konur Sokak, between Ziyah Gokup and Mesuriyet Cd. Enjoy!
