Learning Turkish Through Classes

If you are serious about wanting to learn Turkish, the best way is to take classes at Tomer; run by Ankara University. Ankara's Tomer school has branches in Kizilay and TunalI. Classes are offered everyday, on weekends and in the evening. All you need is your passport to register for a class and classes begin the first week of every month. Courses run about 500 TL for 80 hours of Turkish immersion lessons. You can complete one at a time, just one, or do all twelve levels in order to get your bilingual certificate. In my experience, the teachers are good, happy and know how to teach language. The textbooks and curriculum developed by Tomer is extensive and useful.
